The CSLS alternative school program can be an appropriate transitional or long-term school option for students who would benefit from individualized instruction and integrated services. Our programs are designed to meet students' unique needs and help them achieve their academic, emotional, and behavioral goals. In consultation with the student and his or her family, our interdisciplinary team guides course selection, collaborative services, and curriculum development. Instruction is provided in our centers and in-home by experienced teachers who specialize in working with students with learning differences.
 
Our responsibility at CSLS is to create an environment that fosters every student's motivation and commitment to learn. Our expert team of teachers provides every student with the tools they need to grow in their learning. We meet students where they are, working to engage them in the learning process, providing a special emphasis on capability, self confidence, self knowledge, and self advocacy and engaging every student in her or his unique learning process.
 
Our individualized programs are crafted to meet the needs of every unique student. We create individualized programs for students with learning differences, provide in-home instruction for those students who are homebound, and offer our vast program of study offers courses for students of every interest, including art, music, and drama.

Our accredited program is legally a home school institution. We are in a unique position to offer educational programs that will best fit the individual student, while offering the full array of services of a day school institution. Our team provides students with grades, transcripts, and portfolios, and facilitates placement and transferal of credit when students move to a new school environment.
